The Lagar de Isilla Crianza 2021 is a red wine from the Denomination of Origin Ribera del Duero, produced by the winery Lagar de Isilla, located in the province of Burgos. This crianza reflects the perfect combination of winemaking tradition and modern production techniques, offering an elegant, balanced, and gastronomic profile.

Made primarily with Tempranillo (Tinto Fino) grapes, it has been aged for 14 months in carefully selected oak barrels, developing aromas of ripe red fruits, spices, vanilla, and light toasting.

With a deep red color with garnet reflections, on the palate it is round, structured, and persistent, with soft tannins and a long, harmonious finish. Perfect for pairing with red meats, stews, roasts, Iberian cured meats, and aged cheeses.
