Its early harvest, at the optimal moment of ripeness, ensures an EVOO of maximum freshness, with aromas and flavors that stand out for their intensity and complexity.

With a color of intense green with golden reflections, on the nose it offers powerful aromas of fresh grass, olive leaf, and green tomato, with a light touch of almond.
